Time Split Tracker does not support the generic Splits.io Exchange Format, so it cannot output runs in the standard format.
However, Splits.io has limited support for reading Time Split Tracker's proprietary format. These files use the extension

However, Splits.io can try to export runs in Time Split Tracker format. Look for "Time Split Tracker" option when exporting a run from Splits.io.
